Lifetime Parts & Service Guarantee

When you have your car, truck, SUV or van serviced with us, you get a warranty on any new or refurbished replacement part. If it fails with normal use and service, then we'll repair or replace it for free. This guarantee doesn't apply to parts repaired or replaced under any new or used vehicle warranty or to the initial installation of an accessory.

If we don't stock or service a replacement part anymore, and that part has failed, we reserve the right to give you your money back for the part and the labor charged to install it. We only ask that you bring your car to us during normal business hours for warranty services and that you show us a copy of the original repair order.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • To the extent allowed by the law, the purchaser's loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, commercial loss or consequential damage.
  • Part replacement that results from normal scheduled maintenance such as points, plugs, condensers, filters, lubricant or PCV valves.
  • The normal wear out of brake linings, clutch facing and windshield wiper blades.
  • Batteries, belts, hoses, fluids, chemicals, paints, sheet metal, bright metal and trim.
  • Incomplete repairs performed at the customer's request and labor-only repairs.

  • There is no other expressed warranty on the manufacturer-supplied replacement parts and accessories used in the repairs. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

    This warranty is nontransferable.

    When a Replacement Part is no longer serviced (or stocked) and has failed, First Team Honda reserves the right to refund the money originally paid by the Purchaser for the particular parts and related labor. The Purchaser's only requirements are that:


  • He/she must return the vehicle to First Team Honda during normal business hours for warranty services.
  • The Purchaser must give First Team Honda his own copy of the original repair order. It indicates that First Team Honda had performed an eligible repair at an earlier date.

  • THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
